Tukka Properties & Tealwood Senior Living Team Up for Fifth Senior Living Project Together in Wisconsin
CEDARBURG, WI – Tukka Properties, a senior living developer, and Tealwood Senior Living announced their next project, Hamilton House Senior Living. The new $23 million facility will include 82 units of independent and assisted living and an attached 28 unit memory care wing. The building will be 130,000 square feet, three stories, with many centrally located common areas. Construction will start the third week of December and is scheduled to open in spring of 2019.
Developer Tukka Properties has partnered with Tealwood Senior Living from Bloomington, MN who will operate the facility. With over 50 properties in 5 states under management, Tealwood is a top-notch provider focused on resident wellness and comfort. Other partnered projects include, Reena Senior Living in Fort Atkinson, Eagle Point Senior Living in Appleton, Wright House Senior Living and Memory Care in Mequon, and a few more future locations.

The project includes multiple dining spaces, a garden-themed activity space, theater, library and game room. Design and construction will be completed by Iconica. Residents will be able to connect to the community with planned group outings and transportation such as Cedarburg’s annual festivals, the high school football game, or visiting the shops and art galleries.
